DBHSS PROGRAM POLICIES

1. Program Overview
Double Blessings Housing & Support Services (DBHSS) provides structured transitional and independent living support for individuals and families in need of stable housing solutions. Our goal is to promote long-term stability, independence, and self-sufficiency.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be 18 years or older

Be able to participate in program expectations

Be willing to follow structured housing guidelines

Complete intake screening prior to placement
Final eligibility is determined after review of application and availability.
3. Intake Process
All participants must complete an intake application and screening. Once reviewed:

Qualified applicants will be placed on the waitlist or matched to available housing

A team member will contact applicants for next steps
4. Waitlist Policy
Due to high demand, DBHSS maintains a waitlist system.

Waitlist placement does not guarantee immediate housing

Applicants are contacted in order of readiness, urgency, and availability

Failure to respond may result in removal from the list
5. Housing Expectations
All participants are expected to:

Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other residents

Follow house rules and curfews (if applicable)

Keep living spaces clean and damage-free

Participate in required check-ins or support services
Violation of policies may result in program review or removal.
6. Fees & Contributions
Program fees (if applicable) will be discussed during intake.

All payments must be made on time as agreed in placement terms
7. Communication Policy
